Problem Details:
Missed Hunt Group calls are showing in a user’s call log, despite not being selected to show.
Cause:
This is caused by a bug in the R9.1.5 build.
Solution:
Upgrade to R9.1.5 (if not already running R9.1.5) and obtain the following patch from Avaya Tech Support:
Critical Patch 9.1.5.6 build 1 for IP500v2/Server Edition
