How To VoIP was created in 2015 to share my knowledge with others. At the moment, this blog will mainly cover Avaya, ShoreTel and Unify, but this may expand in the future to cover other manufacturers systems and other VoIP related bits.

I have been dealing with ShoreTel since 2010, Avaya IP Office since 2014 and Unify OpenScape Business since 2015 through my job roles with different UK VoIP distributors. I have also had some exposure to NEC Univerge SV8100 and IP Cortex systems, but my main focus has been around Avaya, ShoreTel and Unify.
